just some updates : )

Hey, how is everyone? Cz, are u still surviving? well this is my 2nd week of school ..nothing interesting has happen so far..As usual, lectures this sem are pretty boring and i kept dozing off during lectures!! haha... think december i played too hard because I could still "feel" the holiday mood in me...this is even so as Chinese New Year is nearing...haha...all the goodies and angbaos...hee..

so what have u guys been busy lately? well, i have been busy surfing web, print my readings blah blah blah...anyway, i happened to see this youtube video in my fren's blog...basically it is about a little girl, Connie Talbot who is only 7 yrs old but has a great voice...i was touched by her when i heard her sing..she is like a little angel...u guys shld go watch this clip..u will be surprised by the kind of voice she has for her age...she is really gd.. =) enjoy the clip my friends!!

Sweat..............

Now is the third week of schooling. Haiz..............realize how weak my students are in their work. Will have to brainstorm more on how to enable them to improve their work.

Think in their eyes, I'm like some tigress. Cos I very fierce to them and I no nonsense.

When we were schooling, how your feel abt teachers who are fierce? (Any comments????)

As I go along teaching, starting to know better what a teacher can do and waht we cannot, especially when comes to punishing students, then realize that my methods used in the past, can actually warrant complaints from parents. Hahaaha...........so I was like 'phew'. Heng didnt kana any serious complaints. Even if have, is not my fault. Hahaahah...........

Heard my class got a few students who have fussy parents. HOpe I can safely endure till I enter NIE. >0<.

As for the veg dim sum restaurant, it's slightly expensive, but the ambience is good and the food is good. So any takers? (hahahaha.......)

2nd last day of Week 2

I'm sooooooooooooooooo tired..........

Been teaching for 2 weeks now. First time being a form teacher. Didnt expect to end up so tired.

I feel like my whole body is going apart.

My class is fine. But I realize that they have very bad listening skills. Eg. I can ask them to do this page. The next minuste, one student can come up to me and ask me, "What page do we do huh, Miss Wen? I almost fainted. I have to repeat myself so many times until I like some grandmother! But other then that, they are quite well - behave.

You guys are starting school soon right? Hope everything goes well for all of you.

PS; found a veg restaurant that sells dim sum. The food is quite good. Found another fav outlet.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

It's a new year again. Time really flies. Didnt feel that one year has passed.

Tomorrow, I'll be going back to school to teach. Kind of scared. Dunno how to be a form teacher. Hope everything will go well.
