We 'skipped' our 1st lecture in NUS

Hi friends,

Well, today didnt start off well. It was raining heavily as I was on my way to school. Then waited ages for the bus. In school, we had the crappiest lectuerer ever. She is our stats teacher and what Wenxiu say is true:" so different from Patrick Chin". She said we had to keep saying she is slim because our grades lie in her hands. *so mean*

After that we went for our Nanotechnology lecture. Haiz... very sad, because we just got to know it is a very difficult module and it requires Science Background. The lecturer couldnt make it so we had a 'stand-in' lecturer. The 3 of us went for an hour only and went home earlier than expected. *grins*

Now our fear is we scared we will be loners. Because our tutorials are not standardised so the chances of being alone is high. But we were saying some people have many 'friends' but they seemed lonely too. So what is the definition of friends? Only companion for u to school or have fun? Or someone who knows your inner feelings that u can share the deepest secrets with?? *wonders*
