Mid Term Break = Projects + Tests

This is the time which I've been looking forward to ~ Mid term break.

But I find it too short (last time poly's break was 2 weeks rite??)

Initially, I thought this is the best time for me to enjoy, relax and slack.

But to my horror, tonnes of projects and mid term tests are awaiting us - SOON - after the break.

Manage to Survive Office this Week

Hey Linah, finally see your post! Was wondering where you went to.

And I had quite a shitty week at the office. I should say I have quite a nice manager who looks out for me. Or else, I will be kana 'takan' like dunno what! The people there siao siao one. Always waiting to catch me make mistakes and making a fuss out of nothing.

My conclusion this week: The people there sucks like hell! Don't understand the work in my department and make things sound so damn easy!

Why are there such people in this world?

how are ya????????? i miss everything. ?-?. its been sometime since i update in here...my IE lah...on n off....blergh...but its oke...anyway, i passed! hue. like finallie. but seriously i missed sch already. even gel said that.

adecco is OK. i had to pick up calls, attend walk-in-candidates, helped clare wid the payroll department. there's this lady who was in-charge of me....she looks like lincoln. hue. and yeah among all i like clare...hurhuhr...she's kinda farnie...when she teach me to do stuff like cheque printing or the invoice...she'll get kanchiong. im always amused. lol. in the middle of doing our work, she will out of a sudden say "aiyah!" that cartoon-ness. hehe. uhmmm ive got to take client orders too. and im juz like in the beginning stage to call the candidates that they're offered a job. ive got extension on tues til seven and gotta work on alt sats. blah. second wk of attachment got me so sick that ive got 2 days mc. lol. its fever and my stomach doesnt feel right. doc said i had tension. ?-? its juz attachment n ive got tension. blergh. ive got to typed invoices using the typewriter. erk. my head aches. i can use excel tho but i tried with the alignments but it doesnt come out rite. how gd can i be in excel uh. blergh. the colleagues there are nice people. my manager always smiles...so im like not sure when she's angry. thats the scariest part lah. and yest, we had a presentation in front of the adecco managers. i was trembling man. blergh.

initially, the 1st wk of attachment bores me. to death. but i kinda get the momentum of it. ive got to like survive within this eleven wks. so i better like it. now im like u guys last time. thinking of wat to do aft i gradute. i feel like going back to sch. hahah....but i guess it'll be definetly a part-time one. i still wanna work.

uhmmmm...how ya guys doing? i miss all of you already. my stomach aches now and ive got tuition later at one. goodness.

there's so much i wanna share but now the things i wanna say kinda drifted away...hue. doink. anyway people, enjoy doing your stuff. =)

Yes it is Week 5, it will be our ONE week break in 2 weeks time. But it is not considered break because we have to do projects and study for common test.

Our Management Tutor shared with us a joke : why do chickens cross roads? Ans : Must see if the chicken is black or white.

Haha.. Anyone understands? Even Jokes I dun understand, how to understand lessons?? Wahaha...

I am still feeling very lousy about school.

How to make myself more positive about sch????????

I guess there's no way.

During lectures and tutorials I will wander in my dreamland.

During group discussions I will be incredibly quiet.

I must admit I felt terrible when I was working.

But the feeling is worse when I am back in school...

Studying + Working = Life SUCKS

My First in Office Politics.......

Hey people.....

I'm back. Thanks for being so concern abt my work.

Recently, it's getting better. Just that I tend to make very small little mistakes, which often landed me kana scolding. But you know what, I'm the only one left from my batch! My the other colleague who was the same batch as me has left! Went on to become air stewardess of SIA.
Hmmmm.....wonder if I'm actually quite tough? Muahahaahah....


And I found out something recently. It turns out that my whole Sales department don't really like some of the senior colleagues, those from other departments. And they acted like they like one another like that. Hahahaha.....it turns out we have the common enemy. And I thought I was alone! (^o^)

So now we are like united against our enemy. (Including the one who always scold me) Funny right?

And one more thing. We have an intern in last week and guess what? She's from NYP too, taking Business Management & in Service Management! Haha.....I have a junior... tata.....

But I feel very sorry for her. Cos' my company has decided to hire her after her attachment. (she graduates after IPP). The sad thing is, her superior is my dept common enemy! And cos' her job scope is to cover some duties of my colleagues, my colleagues have decided to pass her do very difficult stuff w/o teaching her. To see how she die. ( our common enemy is in charge of teaching her. So we all waiting to see the 'product') Haiz.................she has done nothing to offend us, but cos' her boss is our enemy........Damn bad luck for her.
This is my first in office politics.

Hey Mildred, Shiya & Boon Siew, after reading your blogs, uni sounds pretty scary. Looks like me working is not a bad choice after all. MUAHAAHAHAHH...........

About Hui Juan right, she is now some sort of a childcare teacher for NTUC. She's now on trial, and has started for about 2 weeks. So we all give her our support, and that she will like her job! Go Girl!

I find that my English today sounds very funny. Hope you guys understand waht I'm saying.

Hi Hi Friends,

Shiya: I where got bad? I go see kwon sang woo (this is the spelling) but only managed to c ONE SECOND. So irritating. He so 'big shot' must wait 1hour but only can see him for one second. But all the Aunties are SCARY. haha, they talked about his schedule and say if going Botanical Gardens. They were HUMMING along all the Korean Songs while waiting for him. I think we youngsters also nv HUM 5566 or our idol's songs while waiting.

Kian Ann: Hey, Its so nice to hear that you are preparing for NS. I hope u are prepared MENTALLY. It wont be that bad. Must think on the bright side ok? I am sure you can survive there. Just dun offend anyone and dun sabo them. It should be fine. The rest of the physical hardship. Jus think that, you are keeping fit by exercising. It should be FINE!

Caizhuang: I hope everything is smooth at your workplace. Must meditate more then u can have a peace of mind. When you stay happy, you will perform better.

Roslinah: Where have you been gal? Busy with IPP? I know there is a Kian Ann Engineering. He is rich liao..haha got a COMPANY same as his name. Haha..How's work? Update us.

Wenxiu: Please teach me econs,and yes school sux to the ultimate. I think I am going to count down the no. of days to graduation. If not, I will 'go mad' every day the travelling already tires me. The school makes me even more tired. The modules make me SIAN TO THE MAX.

A Tiring Monday

Halo gals,

Beside the necessities, I also need to buy plasters, slipper, cheap watch and some medical things like spray n tiger balm for the muscle relief. There alot of things to buy. I abit worried for my NS..

From what I read, university studies seem very difficult. Mildred already grumping liao..... but must not give up. I think u all can do some self-talk that u all can complete ur studies.. It will help to boost ur confidence..

Lastly, take care of urself n don't stress too much... Didn't hear anything form huijuan.. I don't know how she has been recently..

BoRinG!!!

This is the 4th week of sch already and yet i still hate it......Bad Mildred abandon us in sch and went to see her Kwong Sang Woo (did i spell correctly?) at Marina Square!! Left me and boon siew stuck in the stupid computer lab passing our time, waiting for econ lecture to start (a lecture that i will nvr understand).....so obviously, u guys can see how much we hate this sch...kinda miss nyp and all of u already.. : (

anyway, hi kian ann...finally u update!! we waited so long leh...haha...so fast u are goin NS...it is this sat rite....gonna be a real man soon...wahaha....must keep us update abt u and everything that happen in NS....haha...

Huijuan, did u come to see our posts? when is ur turn to update? we miss u so much already and u have to tell us what u've been doin lately... lolx...when shall we all mit again? haha... ; )

Hi everyone, sorry that i didn't post any update b'cos i have been busy with work. I already quit my job on thursday and now i busy buying things for my NS... Still got 6 more days b4 i go in NS..
